Bullying PSA

  1. overall nice, but a strange style for a psa. it didn't seem like you took a stand. the criets need to be fixed from its jump and the presenters need to stop drawing attention to the flaws of the movie. keep all text styles the same for transitions so it doesn't distract from the movie.

  2. It seemed that color was very important to the editing process. I appreciated the change from black and white to color, employing those elements to create an emotional response. The incorporation of text into the questions rather than the interviewer speaking allowed us to focus wholly on the response of the interviewee. Other strengths include incorporating a variety of participants, and leading the viewer through the concept with statistics and the nature of the stories told. The only thing I am unsure of is the location of the interview, as there were some interesting and potentially distracting objects in the background... Overall, great job, and such an important topic.

  3. I think the psa is successful as it was handled sensitively and seriously as it is a big problem. One suggestion might be to explore the idea that bullying occurs in adulthood as well.
